BIM Coordinator – MEP & Architecture

About the role

Seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to coordinate multidisciplinary models and identify clashes before construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP BIM models
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
• Manage BIM coordination meetings
• Review models for compliance with project standards
• Prepare coordination reports
• Support BIM workflows across multiple projects

Requirements

• 4+ years of BIM coordination experience
• Advanced Autodesk Revit skills
• Experience with MEP coordination
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows
• Ability to identify and resolve model conflicts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
