About the role
BuildForm Studio is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our freelance network and support international construction and architectural projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Review models for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate clash resolution.
- Manage model exchanges between project teams.
- Prepare coordination reports and identify modeling issues.
- Communicate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
