About the role
We are looking for a Structural BIM Modeler to develop accurate structural models and coordinate structural systems with other disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed structural BIM models
- Model concrete, steel and structural elements
- Produce structural drawings from BIM models
- Coordinate structural models with architecture and MEP
- Identify and resolve modeling conflicts
- Update models according to engineering revisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of structural BIM experience
- Advanced Autodesk Revit knowledge
- Understanding of structural construction methods
- Experience with reinforced concrete and steel structures
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail
